Invoice design in tally

Dear tdl experts,
I want a tdl for the invoice of our branch. Please see the enclosed attachment. I want a tdl for that invoice design. Please help me out.

 

In this invoice you have not mentioned where to write customer details!!

 

Tally default simple invoice is similar.

 

I do not require customer details in invoice .. still you can arrange it any where above the particulars . If possible please remove the customer detail. I dont want that to be printed on invoice as this is the retail point of sale format.
