Dear All Tally Coders, I need your help to dormant or inactive a party or item. How can i get that? Here is two photo that where i need them and how. 1. Party 2. Item If I inactive or dormant "YES" they should not be shown in Sales order/Sales Invoice/Purchase order/Purchase Invoice: It would be better if anybody do that for "Group-Wise". Please help me.
Mr. Abdullah You can check the file which i had made for Ledger. You can use the concept and make for Group / Item wise. You can specify a date for the same.
SIR, in the above code how can we also add that as the ledger becomes inactive the color of the ledger changes into red? secondly, an option to hide the inactive ledgers specifically as required? apart from the above addition , one more thing if added will be of great use is that if we want to inactive a ledger , how can we do it from any view in tally especially when we are seeing group summary of a ledger or say any summary. how to restrict this userwise? say admin only?
