A colourful GST invoice for Tally 6.0.2

We are getting error after updating of tally 6.3

CAN ANY ONE DEVELOP TDL FOR ME FOR PRINTING TERMS OF DELIVERY IN TALLY.ERP9 V6.3 INVOICE FORMAT - I AM NOT USING TALLY SIMPLE FORMAT , SO PLEASE DEVELOP TDL ACCORDINGLY FOR PRINTING TERMS OF DELIVERY , WE HAVE TO TYPE FOLLOWING ALL 5 TERMS OF DELIVERY IN EVERY INVOICES, SO PLEASE SOME ONE DEVELOP TDL , SO THAT THE TERMS OF DELIVERY IS ENTERED EVERY TIME AUTOMATICALLY & PRINTED DURING INVOICE PRINTING BY DEFAULT, WE DO NOT HAVE TO TYPE EVERY TIME & WE SAVE OUR TIME, WE NEED FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS : -
1. Goods Once Sold Will Not Be Taken Back
2. Warranty Is Provided by Manufacturer's
3. No claims unless notify within 3 days from Delivery
4. Interest @12% Will Be Charged on Delay Payment
5. Rs.450 Would Be Charged for Cheque Bounce

 

Most of the invoices have terms and conditions or declaration printed on it. A declaration is a must for for Tax invoice as per commercial tax department in most states. By default Tally ERP 9 has a declaration

“We declare that this invoice shows the actual price of the goods described and that all particulars are true and correct”
Instead of default we need the following example declaration and terms and conditions to be printed in our Invoice.

DECLARATION
Certified that all the particulars shown in the above Tax Invoice are true and correct and that my/our Registration under KVAT Act 2003 is valid as on the date of this Bill.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All goods returned for Replacement Must be in salable condition with original packing
2. We are not responsible for any transit damage ,loss or leakage.
3. 24% PA Interest will be charged for delayed payment.

To add this Declaration , Terms & Condition In your tally invoice you have to alter the voucher type.To do this go to.

Gateway of Tally> Accounts Info>Voucher types> Alter.

Select the Sales voucher type for which you want to change the declaration & terms and condition.
Enable option set/alter declaration : Yes
Press enter, you will get a declaration box
Enter the texts you want ,Note that no more formatting like bullets ,bold, underline will not work in this box.

• You can use Ctrl + Enter to move on to the next line or bring a line break.
• You can copy & paste texts from any text editor to declaration box, To paste in the box use the Key Alt + Ctrl + V
• The default title will be declaration, so no need to type a title for declaration.
• Type a Title for Terms & conditions as shown in the below image.

Press enter to accept and save the declaration & save the voucher type.
Now take the printout of the invoice generated using the same voucher type.You will get the declaration and terms and conditions printed

 

SOLUTION YOU HAVE OFFERED IS OK, BUT I WANT TO USE "TERMS OF DELIVERY " SPACE , SO I NEED TDL, SO REQUEST ALL TO DEVELOP TDL TO USE "TERMS OF DELIVERY" BOX SPACE

Am getting the following error while loading GSTInvoice.tdl. Please let me understand the error and help me to solve the issue.

Which print format you have selected ?
is this Dot matrix ? or Neat mode ? or Quick/Draft mode ?

I have printed in Neat mode without any error
but if i select dot matix mode then it gives the error

 

I need that Invoice TDL will you provide me

 

in my case each item is printing in a new page. that means if invoice has 4 items then 4 pages are printed and 5th page with cgst and 6th page with sgst.

 

I am getting the error: Vertical Page Breaks are too big. I am using Tally ERP9 6.4.8. Please help.
