cannot connect to control centre or updtae license

    hi there was an os update after which i had to reactivate tally but reactivation is not working since tally software is not able to connect tally server , i have tried disabling firewall , adding firewall rules to allow all type opf connections to and from tally , ran tally in admin mode , reinstalling tally etc

    i see error :-

    error code: 10109
    error desc: the specified class not found


    i have already contacted tally support weirdly they too cant get solution , presently i activated tally using tally admin application found in tally installation folder but its not activating addons please help

    i resolved issue, the problem was proxy server application installed on my computer just uninstalled it and everything is back on track
