    Excellent .........

    But you need to work on the EXIT ........ once the pending item is done, it has to be removed.
    Make a column field at the end......STATUS....... If status is Yes or Over then by way of function the note will be deleted.

    OR simply you can filter the same ..... Items with Yes or Over --- not to be included in the display.
