How to Edit a TDL File ?

    I have a TDL file but when I open it it shows unreadable language (like binary language) in Notepad.
    I want to make some changes in that file.
    any one suggest me how to edit this file without or with using Tally Developer.

    Its TCP and not TDL which cannot be modified
