Dear Sirs, I have created additional field in Ledger master to store salesman's name and also in Sales Voucher Mode. Even I can change default salesman name during raising of Invoice and that salesman name also prints on invoice. But I am unable to add additional column in Sales Register based on Salesman name written in invoice. So I can view sales with concern salesman and one additional column where total quantity only would be appear for concern invoice. Please help me. I am ready to upload my TDL if some one tells me. Hi sam , its possible you can add the field in that report and bring the value which you have stored in PartyLedger or May be From voucher. if you have stored in Ledger Master just give in that field $<StorageName>:Ledger:$PartyLedgerName or in Voucher means Just give $<StorageName> If still it dosent appear in the report. Then you have to specify the Fetch of that storage in the collections of that report.
Sir, I am using Tally 9.214 in this my sales invoice,purchase invoice , I am using actual Qty and billed Qty Both. But in report sales reg. columnar wise Detailed I am not able to see Actual qty , its show only billed qty. Can Any body help me to get TDL for this.
