Manual Vch No for Year wise

Dear Experts

I want to use Manual Voucher No (With Prevent Duplicates)

I passed last year 2500 Entries for Sales

I come to New Year and Give the No : 1 in Sales "Duplicate Voucher Number" Error come.

I Wrote the Tdl but it is not Work prefect so please Check & Correct
