Error: insufficient width to allocate during print in a report

 

Two Solutions, any one may work
1. Remove "Use: DSP Template" if added in Report Defination
2. for Titles, make a separate Part (if not) for Fields Titles,
and in Form level add below line (because in Form Defination, we used Use: DSP Template)
