ALTER UNIT OF MEASURE OF STOCK ITEM

HOW TO ALTER UNIT OF MEASURE OF STOCK ITEM WHICH HAVE ALREADY SALE OR CAN I ALTER OF UNIT OF STOCK ITEM ALREADY SALE?

 

I think you can not alter it.
Even I am finding any solution for it as one of my customer who want to change alternate unit for existing item.

This is quite late reply on this but yes we can change the unit for existing item though it has entries in the data.
