Columnar Voucher Register with additional Field

I am not tally programmer. But, I need columnar sales/purchase register containing Date, Invoice No., Party Name, Party TIN, Stock Item Name, VAT Commodity Code and Ledger Heads. Can any body help me. In U.P. furnishing of VAT Commodity is applicable.
