Creating a new Voucher which have no effect on profit and loss

Dear Experts,

i want to make a new voucher in the tally which only have effect on the sundry deb, sundry cre, stock summary, stock item.so can anyone please guide me to make this?

 

Memo's is there in Tally Ctel +F10
you can use that one

 

am not able to get you , actually not able to find that particular voucher I did ctrl+f10 but tally does not responded anything. please help me out.

i got the voucher but i want a voucher which effect on sundry creditors sundry debtors on stock items, stock summary and all but dont want to put any effect on profit or loss
