Customized Report based on User defined Fields in Sales Entry

    Hi Everyone,

    I am Designing a Customized Report Based on User Defined Field Entered in Sales entry

    Once User selects Item name a Sub-form will be popup up and user can enter user defined Details
    same will be printed in Invoice.

    I need a Small Help i want to create a report based on user defined fields entered in Invoice
    Like


    Vch No, Vch Dt, Party Name, Item Name, Vehicle No, Device, Due Date
