In Investment.txt file...after you open....Count line from top and go to line 103.....which is ---> [Field : ToField] the same has been defined in Depchart also. Rename it to ToField1 or sumthing. (Check tally error message carefully....it will give a line number in above case it is 103, accordingly go to that line and rectify the codes) Save and exit.... again it will give error....repeat above process...rename...save....and so on until all Duplicate definitions are cleared. You can do it......
