Form Name in Invoice

I want to add by default print

Dispatch against "C Form" or "H Form"....etc Whichever Form is selected...

Pl. guide me how to add this line...

 

set as : $CSTFormRecvType or $CSTFormIssueType

I use Set as : If ##CSTFormReceivable Then $CSTFormRecvType Else ""

So when Interstate Sales, It gives form Name but when Local Vat is there

Not Applicable is giving...!!!

Pl. guide me....

 

Replace $CSTFormRecvType with if not $$issysname:$CSTFormRecvType then$CSTFormRecvType else ""
