    I am describing my searching more here. Suppose I am making a sales/purchase and want to book the freight (dr.) expense with credit to transporter...so that later i could pay the transporter directly for the amount booked.

    Same as you are describing, we are GUIDING you here ------ A similar code already exists in this Forum -- Search for it and modify it as per your use to book the FREIGHT Charges after Sales/Purchase entries.
