Group name in invoice

Dear sir,

I created all salesman name group under sundry debtors, then i created all customer those sales man wise, i customise the invoice now i want to print the salesman name in the invoice
for eg: when i select the customer in invoice then the salesman name will be the group name of that particular customer ,to be printed. please help

I am create ref field different group in under group route and then i create ledgers under sub group of route ,

I want 1'st select ref field in group
2nd i select ledger list filter only i show under route group
please help me admin
