Help needed to create new voucher type , with its register ( like purchase register ) named " any"

i want to create new voucher type , with is register also named " any" . both receipts and payments on respective sides, on single day , a picture is attached for clarity , similar to this, it has been made to understand concept better. i have named it " rokkad voucher " but helping person can name at theirwish, because knowledge is the ultimate power .
