Dear experts , How to allow balance sheet and profit and loss account only for specific user that user only can view profit and loss account ist possible ? please help
This is available in default Tally. Go to "Security Control" [Alt + F3 Cmp Info from Gateway of Tally] then to "Types of Security" and define the security level by yourself. Assign the defined security levels to users [by using "Users & Passwords" in the Security Control Menu], that's all, you will get the required result.
but i wanted only balance sheet and profit and loss a/c all other menu must be hidden from gateway of tally for the particular user i delete all other menu but for all user , how can i manage for a particular user please help
Write a Option for GATEWAY OF Tally with Formula User Name = ( What u want to Restrict ) and only Add Balance sheet and p & L
