How to export company details

Sir,

How to export all the details in New Financial Year if we create another company i.e Different types of Voucher, All the Ledger without Balance, Stock Items without Qty and all other details in the existing company. Can we write a TDL For this or through XML we can do this ????

Mr. Joharfchhil,

You do not require any tdl it is there in Tally. Just follow the below Steps:-

Display -> List of Accounts -> Alt + E ( Export ) -> Select format as XML (Data Interchange) -> Fill up the details for exporting -> Select type of Masters -> That's it. Now import this xml file in the company in which you want the Master Data.

What you say is correct but you have to do selection and export the same for all details, if we have TDL the process will be simple just to run year end export.

I think this is the best and accurate process which gives you different selection criteria whether its individual or group level aspect. It covers everything in every way. If you want to do in something different way then i don't know.
