How to retrieve UDF Value

Dear Experts,

Please see attached code . I want to retrieve UDF Value which stored in stock master file.
I used Function $$CurrentValue to retrieve the Current Value. But it doesn't work.

pl. understand the vrate is available in another collection (Standard VAT) object of stock item.
