Already built in inside tally....Use budget controls. if that is not as per your needs, then make a TDL.....experts will help you when u have hit a roadblock.

From where you got the idea that it is only for Sales/Purchases ??? You can google various videos on "Tally Budget control", it will help you to set your Budgets properly.
