Dear All I Need to Credit Limit In Sub Group Filtration under Crated Ledger For Exm. Group credit limit Rs.50000 and under Crated ledger 1 Limit rs.25000,then next ledger limit not exceed amount in sub group.
Dear admin i need to simple credit limit set in group summery just like ledger credit limit . i need total amount set in particle group and not exceed in amount all ledger under group
1. Add one field in group master for total limit. 2. during ledger creation or alteration use $$FilterAmtTotal function 2.1 in filter expression formula set your condition for $Parent = <Current Ledger's Group> AND $Name <> <Current Ledger Name>. 3. check the value got from $$FilterAmtToal function 4. check for validation.
This is an another approach for group credit limit. Requirement -1 Credit limit is for Group not for ledger. Requirement -2 No specific credit limit for Each ledger. But Sum of closing balance all ledger must not increase the gruop limit. Eg:-Credit Limit for XYZ Company is Rs:5,00,000/- (XYZ Company Ltd is created as Group. This company has got stores in different part of India. Hence we create Different Ledger for Each store. The purpose is for Store wise sales report, Store wise payment report, Store wise TIN No etc. In this case if sum of closing balance of all ledger cross Rs: 5,00,000/-; no more sales to any store even if it is a new store.
