As far as my understandings, this online forum is to interchange the ideas of TDL, enhance the knowledge part, placement of arguments and counter arguments, request for rectifications in the self developed codes, etc., etc., all ultimately target to a healthy platform to enhance and boost the TDL knowledge by sharing each others efforts. But unfortunately, what I observe now a days, this platform is more used to simply ask for ready made TDL codes as per each one's requirement. Not even a mere try to write a basic code, not even a patience to go through the earlier posts in the forums, Not even ready to make an own attempt but just ask for ready made spoon feeding codes. Just post some 'jpg' images and ask "I want code for this, please help". And the miserable fact is that this platform is filled with a category of members who are contributing no intellectual materials to this platform but always make frequent and various demands just like a client do with its service provider. Is this the objective and methodology of this online platform? Hope respected members will understand what I really mean. I humbly request the forum administrator to put some restrictive measures for this type of posts and some penalizing actions against these type 'mere members' who really don't want to sweat but taste the result, so that this forum will be achieving its healthy and apt status. This post is not to insult or abuse anyone, but make them realize that, there are some effort to be taken to achieve something. Thanks and Regards cks

Sir, Thank you for your kind concern and time to attend the issue. I am neither a professional TDL developer nor related to any computer application area. It was just for a curiosity I started engaging in TDL. I am a full time engaged employee and I will not be having enough space to take the proposed responsibility. Above all my knowledge in 'computers, software, web, etc.', is very limited, perhaps at the rock bottom level, so I will not be an able and qualified person for the said operations. But, Sir, you please take care of the situation otherwise this platform will go to a pathetic circumstance. Thank you once again. cks
Yes Santhosh what your views are correct, Most of the people think that this is for free tdl issuing forum, They just simply register themselves and posted queries for Full working TDL For their needs. Dear Administrator, Most of the senior members are full time professionals , and getting full attention is practically not possible. My suggestion is to form a Team of 2 , 3 Members as Moderators, who are interested and can able to monitor the forum activities .
Admin Sir, I had already informed you about the same a very long time ago. Also between our groups the discussion was made. The thing right now we are seeing is that most of the well talented and knowledgeable members are now not being found here. All of them are seen very rarely and some of them have almost left this forum. The interest of User End is increasing at great speed while the interest for developer level is super fast decreasing. It must be taken in to consideration for the well being of this Forum. You can take the views / reviews from all the well known members of the forum and can sort it out to make this forum with some dignity and standard.
Thanks for your valuable reply Admin Sir, We need to first make an action plan / standard for what to be done and what restrictions to be made for the new users / end users. Whether some test to be taken or some criteria to be designed. You tell us your idea for what to be implemented and how it should be implemented. Accordingly we can voluntarily accept our role. We at our end will try our best and give the best for this forum.
Dear Admin & Experts, I totally agree with Mr Taufeeq, the primary task is to set some parameter definitions to restrict 'end users' and 'copy cats'. Once a proper standard is set for the eligibility of membership, the platform can be filtered and refined, it include cancelling the existing memberships of the non-qualified. Afterwards an expert team of moderators can monitor the activities and make this platform healthy and dignified. Thank you all.

Agree with all views above........ Can there be a way where members who do not provide codes or develop codes on their own be restricted in copying or downloading anything from here. AS earlier...elsewhere... I've offered myself to become a MODERATOR........ Time to weed out the beggars and retain only talented people and people who wanna be a real programmer. From my side...I've stopped posting codes....pure and simple.....just impart knowledge............
Dear Admin, I find following issues 1. Non Developer - Always asking Free source - They share personal Mail Id's and ask Codes 2. Some peoples using this site as advertisement site 3. Some Peoples download some codes from here, and ask Corrections in New Thread. our developer face most of time source. The Point 2 and 3 happens some times. I learn basics from here only.. Now i ready to help others but those people make me very disappointed.
That is why....I have decided to help guiding (not sharing TDLs) to those who are making efforts to learn........ I ignore those who begs n begs.....or those who copy-paste codes from others and present as their own.......... Let them learn or else pack up.............
