Prudent to install in a NEW directory and keep the DATA separately for Prime 2.0 and Prime 3.0 --- as there are some issues with GST reports.
Statutory Adjust Entry for Rule No. 42(1)(m) is not getting effected in GSTR 3B, many other issues with GSTR 1 & 3, once we rectify the mismatch in GST reports Customer Address from Ledger Master is getting deleted, changes in employee IT as per Finance Act 2023-2024 is not yet incorporated in Payroll, may be bugs removed in final release..........hope so..........
Once upgrade to 3.0, rewrite back to 2.0 is not possible, Only way to go back to 3.0 to 2.0 is export and import ? or any other way ?
No, once upgrade to 3.0 then not possible to go back, i.e. 2.1 or older release, In BETA release lots of bug there, so not recommanded to install at customer place.
