Dear All, One of my customer wants production planning in Tally, I need your suggestions, how i can do this.
For Any Types of Manufacturing Industries. Concept needs to Follow as per below steps for Production Planning & Control. This will cover complete PPC for any manufacturing Industries. Check Sales Order with their party wise Due dates for delivery Item Wise. check Bill Of Material for Finish Goods item due date wise. This will create your Raw material requirement date wise Projection. Now, this Raw Material Requirement is Actual based on Actual Sales Order. Based on Our actual Sales Order & Customer wise Item Wise Projected Six monthly schedule, we have to generate auto Production Order. Production order will revise our Raw material requirement with help of Bill of material (BOM). Generated Raw Material requirement from Production Order - needs to compare with our current All stage wise stock & Show color highlighted on minimum, Maximum & reorder Level with Alert of levels e.g. Inward Store ==>Inward Quality (Only RM & SFG) ==>Main Stores ==>Production==>In-Process Quality (RM, SFG & FG) ==>Final Quality (Only FG) ==>Dispatch ==> Bounded Store (Excise Applicable for outward) For Shortage of Raw Material based on Production Order requirement Statement supplier wise Purchase Order Needs to be Generate. in Case of Open Purchase Order, Schedule needs to generate & Auto mail to Supplier. On Basis of my daily Raw Material Consumption of, Projected Raw material Shortage Date wise needs to be generate & needs to auto mail to management & Purchase department.
