Report to generate All ledgers & to fetch the details as mentioned

Dear Sir,

I'm a complete newcomer to coding help me in coding.
I need to generate a report for all ledgers (Sundry Creditors) and to fetch & display the details like S.No, Ledger Name, Last Receipt Voucher Date, Ledger Closing Balance.

and the report should have the option to export in excel and have period selection.
