VOUCHER CREATING USER, DATE & TIME

Working great in rel 6.0.2 however even when viewing the voucher. voucher shows altered which in my opinion is not logical as no material alterations are done. Also is it possible to not to print the details in voucher but only show at the time of viewing it?

 

Can we create separate report for Auditing like voucher no, user name , alter / create / delete , time ?

 

Thank you very much and its very helpful to me, can you please include time modified and update date and time while duplicating voucher
