    Dear All,

    I am using tally Erp 9 but i purchase items and sell to my customer but when i got any item for warranty replacement i could not find that product i have purchased from which supplier.

    I request you to help me in to that.

    Also, any body have call loging and crm module for tally pls share with me

    for warranty purpose you can use batch wise option. It includes expiry date feature also.
