error in tally

    Can anyone tell me how to resolved the software exception error?
    when i used to print my invoice i get an error that [ "Internal error:Contact Tally Solution" Software exception (memory Access Violation).pls help

    1)CHK if any TDL is Loaded then Remove it
    2)reload your printer driver and check
